Jake Rinaldo
Producer/Editor/President of Empowering Artist with Disabilities
Mr. Jake Rinaldo, the founder of Empowering Artists with Disabilities, is a wheel chair-bound musician who has Muscular Dystrophy. His quest for teaching and mentoring special needs students through his own struggles is the reason for wanting to help others learn how to develop craft through his development programs. He previously was instrumental in the establishment of a successful not-for-profit organization called, the Coalition for Disabled Musicianswith the mission of assisting musicians with physical disabilities. He is currently the founder, CEO, and owner of a highly successful recording studio called Liquid Soul Entertainment, located in Levittown, NY. There he has been a highly regarded recording engineer for 35 years and has an excellent track record in managing this business.
His experience in the music business spans more than 35 years, including the following projects:

engineered recordings with the legendary group, Public Enemy in association with therecord company MCA;

scored Paramount Pictures,"Juice";

scoredColumbia Pictures,"Mo' Money;

wrote, produced, and remixed sound tracks for the "I Will Survive" single for the RCA record label which catapulted to gold record status;

wrote, produced, and engineered the multi-platinum Mexican super group Los Bukis for Fonovisa Music;

wrote, produced, and remixed sound tracks forR&B Rap Artist Blind Fury on Timbaland's record label, Blackground Records.

produced, edited, sound designed, overdubbed voices, and scored the films "Erza, Fear of a Faceless God," "Stuck", and the internet series INZOMBNIA.

completed trailers for "Excorcista" and "Funny Business."

Mr. Rinaldo has also managed his family-owned music store called Coret Music where he managed the teaching, selling and repairing of musical instruments. His music is licensed all over the world through his publishing company, SONGS BY LIQUID SOUL. He is recognized in the New York Newsday 1990 for his work with the Coalition for Disabled Musicians, and he is also honored with an Award of Appreciation from Nassau County 1991 for his efforts with the disabled musician group,“Range of Motion”.
